Our history as general contractor starts in 1956, when Mr. Francisco Barrera Cumming began his long career in the construction industry, building industrial plants in the north part of México. Paquete Construcciones y Proyectos, S.A. de C.V. is a company with more than 30 years of experience in industrial construction, and began its operations in 1975 in Monterrey, Mexico.
